Mifsud appears to be dodging the bullet now. We should not assume that Mifsud fully understood the purpose of his role in Spygate; he was recruited {I believe by Stefan Halper} to plant information on Papadopoulos... more than that we cannot accuse him of - by my understanding. He was forced to 'disappear' because he could establish that the international Spygate Operation did not start in July of 2016 but in the Spring of that year! Given that, it is quite possible that Trump was NOT the only intended target; perhaps also Ted Cruz and others, as Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne indicated.
It seems doubtful that Mifsud would know {need to know} that the effort was to justify using the Steele Dossier to obtain FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign. Obviously Hillary was desperate to establish that the Russians interfered in the elections and cost her her rightful inheritance. The hack of the DNC server by the Russians became quintessential to that scenario.
Perhaps Brennan is the mastermind behind all this; I have my doubts - although it seems to have been a poorly conceived operation. I continue to suspect Sid Blumenthal, not that it much matters. Those implementing the plan will hopefully have to answer for their individual actions.
Almost every AFGE civil service type is a screw off. Veterans are being killed by Dr.’s at VA’s who refuse to refer a Vet to a real specialist. The VA was OK up to 1991 or so. Those with outpatient treatment cards got good civilian MD’s with no AFGE ties. I left the VA over 5 years ago after two MD’s who had worked at VAMC’s told me-”They will kill you.” Yes, I pay $221 for BCBS a month plus over $500 total counting meds.
