She's also already received the endorsement of the Chicago Democrats for re-election in 2020. Proof that corruption works and succeeds in Chicago.

All five have the power to impact how CPD does their job through arrest, prosecution, and restricting funds to CPD for law enforcement activities, hiring new officers, etc..

These five are the biggest danger to CPD and the rule of law in Chicago that we've ever seen. All five hate CPD as their records have shown.

*shrug* you did imply that the entire police departments in two cities shot innocent civilians.

"A" policeman in Minneapolis shot, and "a" police woman on Dallas shot would have sufficed.

That being said, as RedStateRocker observed: “Any police department (or university faculty, or military unit, etc.) is only as good as the worst psycho they tolerate.”

These departments hired and covered for these psychos. This has to stop.

Any hiring manager who hires a candidate who FAILED the psyche eval should be personally and financially liable for any harm that psycho caused after being given a badge, authority over innocents, and a gun.

It won't take long for word to spread, and for departments to stop hiring sociopaths.

Yeah, for a time police department will be a bit understaffed, but policing will become an honorable profession again, and will once again attract honorable men and women.

The muslim ‘policeman’ in the passenger seat in a car who shot across his partner’s body to kill a a woman who was in her pajamas who had called them

was hired to great fanfare in the Minnesota media and muslim community before he did that.

The Fort Hood muslim mass murderer is similar in that he repeatedly showed his superiors that he was a time bomb but they pretended not to see and promoted him forward

because of the politically correct pressure on them and fear of having their own careers harrmed.

As Obama said about the Fort Hood massacre by a muslim, “Don’t jump to conclusions.”

And Obama’s defense department concluded in a 200 page investigation that it was a “workplace incident” witth no mention of the words “musliim” or “islam” in the 200 page report.

If you add Kwame Raoul, the Illinois Attorney General, the top six political positions in Chicago and Illinois are held by black politicians who all hate the Chicago PD.

Kwame Raoul is an American lawyer and politician who has been the 42nd Attorney General of Illinois since 2019. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

Raoul was born in Chicago to Haitian immigrant parents Dr. Janin and Marie Therese Raoul.

Raoul was appointed on November 6, 2004 to fill the state Senate vacancy caused by the resignation of his predecessor, Barack Obama, who had just been elected to the United States Senate.

Raoul has successfully advanced legislation promoting civil justice and political reform. In his first year in the General Assembly, Raoul established a progressive agenda.

Raoul has championed legislation on criminal justice reform including the recent historic legislation that abolishes the death penalty and legislation creating the Torture Inquiry Commission.

Raoul’believes that abortion should be safe, legal, and accessible.

His campaign finance chair is Neil Bluhm, a billionaire casino magnate. As a state senator, Raoul has consistently voted in favor of the gambling and gaming industry.

He supports increasing gun restrictions and reforming the criminal justice system.

Raoul is a member of the Chicago Chapter of 100 Black Men.

And you know what? DeBlasio and everyone who voted for that massive waste of flesh will get the police force they deserve. Good cops are bailing in places like Portland, LA, NYC, leaving behind those who will protect themselves and not secure the city out of fear of their lives, careers and futures. And who can blame them?
At some point, the normal people still left will defy the elites, living above the chaos they have caused, and start voting with their BRAINS.

It’s pretty hard to support the police at times.

This morning at 7:20 I pulled out behind a police car that was travelling just under the speed limit on my sister’s street.

Though there is a well defined construction zone and detour for northbound traffic, the driver of this cop car simply drove straight through the southbound lane. No change in speed, no blip of the siren, no lights, just drove through.

You, me, anyone else we know would get a $200+ ticket for this, at the very least.

I called the complaint line, and got nothing but lame excuses and hollow justifications for this cop’s blatant disregard for the law.

I told the person on the phone that “This is exactly why the police are losing the support of the public. If THEY won’t obey the laws they enforce, why should anyone else follow the law?”

She sputtered a few more excuses then became combative. I told her I had had enough and ended the call.

Put-putting along then disobeying a traffic device when there is no emergent situation is unacceptable. Officer Friendly didn’t change speed or demeanor, so obviously there wasn’t any reason other than arrogance for him to violate the law.

If the police want the public’s support, they need to do better than this!
