Another win for Judicial Watch!
Judicial Watch was in court Thursday fighting to force Hillary Clinton to answer questions under oath about her private server.
Judge Royce Lamberth, a Reagan appointee on Thursday granted Judicial Watch additional discovery and Hillary Clinton has 30 days to oppose to their request to question her under oath.
Judicial Watch has four more months to conduct the discovery that Judge Lamberth just granted them, according to JW attorney Ramona Cotca.
TOM FITTON: Court gives Judicial Watch additional discovery and witnesses on Clinton emails — wants Judicial Watch to “shake the tree” on newly uncovered potential Clinton email trove. Gives Mrs. Clinton 30 days to oppose our request to question her under oath.
Recall, it was Judicial Watch who broke the story of Hillary’s private server wide open through their FOIA lawsuits and they have been pursuing this case aggressively ever since.
As previously reported in December, Judge Royce Lamberth ordered senior Obama administration officials, including lawyers and aides from the Clinton State Department to be deposed and or answer written questions under oath.

JW does great work. But how long have we been hearing this? Until I see multiple individuals from the Clinton Crime Syndicate in prison garb, this is much ado about nothing.
While there is good reason for some to remain skeptical, I believe the winds of change are being put in place despite the power of the deepstate.

Judicial Watch goes where others fear to tread. My mother who has since gone to be with Jesus was a staunch supporter. She was a good judge of character, news outlets and loved the Lord. If she were alive today and had computer skills. . .she would be posting on FR!
What’s the point of having a DOJ and FBI that do not do their job? Why in hell doesn’t the President drain that swamp now? There is nothing to lose as the swamp is only running the clock out and the President’s and America’s very own DOJ and FBI is the freaking enemy of the state.
I hate to see that criminal activity called a “scandal”. IIRC, she knowingly sent some highly classified, Eyes Only messages that got individuals killed in foreign countries. She’s been caught spying and needs to be locked up under conditions similar to suicide watch.

According to Fitton yesterday, Clinton doesn’t want to be questiuoned and a court agrees with her.
Nothing against Fitton and JW.....our DoJ and courts however need an enema
