We've had a relatively cool summer, '80's this week, quite bearable.

I have a short work day tomorrow, off by 9:00 AM and then boy and I are going to do lunch and then head back out to our gun range for a little Pew-Pewing.

We recently started trap shooting, (clay pigeon shooting) and have had fun with that, so we'll do that tomorrow too.

How's things your way? Any new book ideas?

How you doing with the trap shooting? I don't know if I could do that.

Yes, several, but I need to concentrate on the two I'm half finished with.
With hubby off and helping with chores, I'm trying to set aside one day a week for writing.
We've been walking 4 days a week. Tomorrow is going to be cooler so we'll go to the trail and do 4 miles. Not as much fun as gun range, but it's the best I can do. LOL

AND...I had to do a roadside repair...the chain guard broke and was scraping the drive belt. The screeching was unbearable. I stopped the bike, removed the guard and threw it in the saddlebag.

I will have to weld it or perhaps replace it. It’s not essential till next spring inspection time, as my saddlebags cover the drive belt and effectively protect it, but it is required for inspection every May.

In My Jacket, Helmet, and wraparound glasses, doing a roadside was REALLY HOT.
