Some of the country needs to lie on a psychiatrist’s couch.

For decades.

Transvestites being insulted others won’t play along with them are civil rights issues for some in 2019.

You would hope the SCOTUS had better cases to work on than this dumb, social media run, politically correct nonsense, I know I do.

If a person doesn't know who they are anatomically, they should stand naked in front of a mirror and just go with what they see, male or female parts or flip a coin.

Really simple. You can call yourself what ever you wish...and I can call you whatever I wish. What the SC should not allow is for laws that force me to call you something other than what I wish. That is government compelled speech and violates the 1A. Any private person or entity is free to have an enforce any speech code they desire but government enforced codes must be repelled.

My rule is simple. If a person appears to have XX, I refer to her as "she" or "her". If a person appears to have XY, I refer to him as "he" or "him". If I'm wrong and they convince me (23 and Me comes to mind), I will defer to the science.

If any woman is dedicated to "trans" enough to lop of 70% of one of her X chromosomes from each cell, I'll think about calling her "he" and "him". The same for any guy who finds an X-chromosome donor and gets the extra X transplanted into each cell and the Y removed from each cell. Otherwise, I won't play make-believe with people who are suffering from serious mental illness.

How I wish I was to testify in Congress. I would castigate the questioners who might refer to me as “mister” and demand to be called by my preferred title, either Senator, Excellency, or President

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was actually a Trojan Horse: an un-Constitutional perversion of unalienable rights - and the actual Bill of Rights - which has now effectively superceded all real rights, especially freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and freedom of association.

Male and female He created them. Forcing me to use any other gender classification other than the XX or XY chromosomes people are born with is a violation of my First Amendment right to practice my religion. It would also be a grave disservice to anyone who is so mentally ill as to believe there is anything they can possibly do to change his or her gender. There is nothing charitable in humoring a self-destructive delusion.

What is needed are pronouns to associate with people such Aimee Stephens or the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

These pronouns would include the definition that, regardless of their sex or preferred gender, such people are BATCRAP CRAZY!!

This goes to a very profound first amendment issue, that is, “can others be *compelled* to agree with you?”

On the surface, if a man goes through surgery and takes hormones, all with the intent to appear to be a woman, should it compel others to agree that they are now a woman?

However, the first big issue there is, “If that individual then uses their assumed status to *defraud* others, that they are a natural, and fertile, woman, should they be able to commit fraud legally?”

This happens a lot with transgenders, in which they attract a male who wants to meet, marry, and have children with a woman; but they steal his money, time and reputation by being something he does not want.

This is not a frivolous statement, either:

“A recent Journal of Social and Personal Relationships study found that nearly 90 percent of survey respondents are not interested in dating transgender people. In a Psychology Today article on the study, coauthor Karen Blair implies these findings demonstrate significant discrimination—or at least an unwillingness to be inclusive—in dating.

“However, instead of pointing out the obvious truth that biological cues are foundational for sexual and romantic attraction, the author goes to great lengths to convey sympathy for the exclusion of transgenders in the dating field as if it’s merely a social justice issue. This is yet another avenue progressives are using to encourage others to deny biological reality and normalize abnormal behaviors.”

So now the question to the Supreme Court becomes, should the courts become privy to fraud?

Who is going to patronize a funeral parlor with a man in a dress working there? No one, that’s who. Discrimination, my ass. Discrimination against crazy is still ok, I guess.

We need an appropriate acronym. Like PICRU: pronoun I can’t religiously use.
