I humbly disagree. He would face the same problem as Joe Biden. An aging white guy who would actually be considered FAR TOO CONSERVATIVE by that party's raving mooonbat base. Most of whom have no recollection of his presidency anyhow.

You are probably correct with regard to the primaries. Bill could never survive the primaries in today's Dem party. The fact he is highly unethical and almost certain to be a pedophile would not concern the typical Dem voter today. His biggest flaw (to them) is he is a white guy.
However, the General is a different story. Anyone with a D next to their name already has 47% of the vote locked up. Feebleness, skin color, senility level, pedophilia, etc. would have no bearing if he/she is running against an R in the General.
