Harbor Freight cable cutters weren’t involved.

No surprise. Nice things like this are only feasible in countries that are not importing barbarism.

They probably got tired of high TV bills and told a leftist union member to “cut the cable’....

I ride them all the time in Colombia. Faster and cheaper than taxis.

Colombia...but currently in Florida.
There’s a cable system in Medellin that goes on for miles.

Nice. I know someone living there now.
How safe do you feel down there?

Safe...I’ve been all over the country. Lived in Medellin for a year. Now we stay mostly in the coffee growing region.
Bogota is probably the worst place but over all Colombia is fairly safe

Okay, thanks.
I was under the impression that we were pretty vulnerable to gangs, abduction, and ransoms down there.

Thanks for your response. If it’s reasonably easy to explain, what areas do you avoid?

City slum areas...shady bars. Same as with anywhere. My area in Bogota, north area, I walk around with no problems...but most of Bogota is a shi’ite hole.
