If all but one American voluntarily gave up his guns, the Constitution requires that the government ensure the protection of that right for the 1 remaining citizen gun owner. America seems to be “led” by people who do not understand this at best get caught up in the moment of grieving. Justice however requires that our government is not to punish or take away the rights of the law abiding because of the criminals. America (the left) does not want to discuss the root causes of what is happening because it will lead to the culture, directly to their hostile, anti-Judeo/Christian culture, which permeates the media and large segments of our society. We cannot avoid the fight if we are to stop this march to serfdom.

The problem with “background checks”:
The Rats’ obviously conflate mental illness and a proclivity toward violence with being a Republican. This will be another tool for political suppression, just as the Founding Fathers predicted.

Will violent street criminals bother to do this? NO. They buy guns from criminals who don’t obey the law.
In some states people can sell one another guns privately without doing a background check. Families can sell or give guns to family members without a background check. This is what some folks are asking for is to have a universal background check to eliminate private sell, family transfer,sell, etc.
Should mean, holding minors accountable for violence and serious mental health issues.
But Libs won't stand for that.
I think there should be deep background checks required on all reporters before they are allowed on the air ways.
