Even if Trump wins re-election (it will not be a cake walk), the left can harvest more votes to strengthen the House majority and possibly take the Senate back which would lame duck Trump making MAGA again toothless.

The relevant laws should be enumerated and published on the White House and Senate websites such that the public knows the rules, and those who would break those rules have been forewarned that they are being monitored and are as legal risk.
