That explains why one El Paso officer claimed that he HAD to accept the manifesto as being from the shooter. Someone high up in incident command must have demanded the acceptance. To me, why call out Hispanics? They helped form the state of Texas. Mexicans are the ones who have always been the problem. We have fought two wars against them already here in Texas.
Really? Thats the best we can come up with here? Someone else saw it, and then posted it to 8chan, simple as that. Sometimes, FR makes me cringe so hard, I can barely read it.

If what you say is true, then it is true that there was a co-conspirator involved. Someone else knew the shooting was taking place.
Watkins said the shooter DID NOT post the manifesto to 8chan.
So who did?

Timeline has posts in 8chan /pol/ 5 minutes apart by same UID. First of two includes a file that resembles shooter’s name, second is the manifesto. Both posts appeared before the shooting started.
Obviously Trump, under the secret identity of Q, beneath the extra secret identity of the El Paso shooter, posted it to 8chan. It’s not really a manifesto, but a secret coded message to drink more Ovaltine.
Didb’t the Q continuum post a warning to be on alert and be acutely situational aware a few days before these shootings were triggered?
8ch and the authorities have the poster’s IP through CloudFlare. Let’s see if they release it. If the owner of 8ch says it’s not the shooter’s, then there’s strong evidence someone else posted it. 8ch should just release the IP loc.
So this guy has been out of high school three to four years, and then college? As any other student he wrote book reports, essays, gave written answers which are still accessible, even now his professors or teachers can compare prose, rhythm, knowledge, vocabulary, and style with this manifesto to determine how it compares to his other writings.
This manifesto was not written in thirty minutes. It is highly structured, researched and sounds more like a seasoned intellect than a person of this guys age.
It may not be fake, but he did not write it.
Seems to be a time lag as to when it was up-loaded...may be someone incited him to do it and waited before uploading it as “proof” it was Trump’s fault....
