At 68, and using a walker, the congressman said he doesn’t have time for those who criticize the city where he grew up. He wants to hear from people willing to help make the community better.

Trump might just shock Cummings by showing up unannounced and speaking to local blacks....identifying Baltimore as ‘Rat-Town’. If they ever start to ask where the tens of billions spent on Baltimore in the past twenty years are...Cummings and this Democratic crowd are finished.
