The burglar was described as a black man in his early 40s who was 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 9 inches tall and 170 pounds. He had a dark brown complexion and short black hair and was wearing khaki shorts, a dark short-sleeved shirt, dark tennis shoes with white ankle socks . . .
