BALTIMORE — A new audit WRT ousted Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh's book deals makes no mention that her
shady financial dealings touched the city's black Children and Youth Fund.

The conclusion drawn is that Pugh and Associate Black Charities colluded in secret to tap the fund to enrich her.

Might also conclude the greedy Cummings and his wife have their greedy fingers in this money pot, too.

- The audit makes no mention of political influence
- The audit makes no connection to Pugh...or the Cummings.
