BALTIMORE A new audit ordered amid the controversy about former Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh's book deals makes no mention that her financial dealings touched the city's Children and Youth Fund.
The fund is managed by a charity that took donations and then bought Pugh's books.
**SNIP**
To date, about $36 million has been allocated to the fund, but just $9.6 million has gone out of the fund to organizations serving children and youth.
The city pays Associated Black Charities, which is headed by Diane Bell McKoy, to manage the fund. The audit was ordered in the spring after ABC disclosed it bought children's books from Pugh's company, using money from the charity's donors.

Pugh has yet to be charged. Sure hope she's feeling better.
Cummings is next in line for a whippin.
There just laundering money through these non governmental organizations
Like the Clinton Foundation
The conclusion drawn is that Pugh and Associate Black Charities colluded in secret to tap the fund to enrich her.
Might also conclude the greedy Cummings and his wife have their greedy fingers in this money pot, too.
==================================
The new audit cites several concerns about the black charity:
- The awarding of grants is not always consistent
- Grant decisions weren't always documented
- There were no onsite visits
- The audit makes no mention of political influence
- The audit makes no connection to Pugh...or the Cummings.
IS KEEPING BALTIMORE SCHOOL KIDS FREEZING A DEMOCRAT
SCAM TO SCROUNGE MORE TAX DOLLARS FOR THEMSELVES?
<><> NPR reported students at Baltimores public schools are freezing.....
<><> Baltimore winter classrooms do not have any heat. Kids are freezing.
<><> Baltimore public schools spend a whopping $15,000 plus per student per year,
<><> but Democrat PTB say they cant afford to heat the classrooms.
Bloviating hypocrite Cummings needs to come clean.
Explain why he doesnt give a damn about the children of his constituents,
but gets all riled up about if extra blankets arent available for kids at the border.
