Shortened title.

Full title: Ted Cruz Sounds the Alarm: Deep State Staffers at Treasury and State Working Behind Trump’s Back to Preserve Obama’s Iran Nuke Deal

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) sounded the alarm on Wednesday and said that staffers at the Treasury and State Departments are tirelessly working behind President Trump’s back to preserve Obama’s Iran nuke deal.

Ted Cruz accused many senior Trump administration officials of continuing to give Tehran waivers allowing the terrorist-supporting regime to conduct nuclear tests at a military bunker that holds Iran’s nuclear weapons program.

Cruz said “Deep State” in the Treasury and State who are giving these waivers are undermining President Trump.

John Kerry, the architect of the Iran nuke deal, was working behind the scenes on a “stealthy yet aggressive mission” of shadow diplomacy, desperately trying to preserve his pact by meeting with Iranian official, Javad Zarif.

Kerry, Obama and the Democrats in the State Department are committing treason. They are helping Iran to acquire nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.

One would think the President could do something about this.

Kerry should be put in irons and held in the Brig of the Ship of State.

It is treason.

Why is not one person executed for this?
Not one.

They are not even fired.

Umm, maybe it is just me but the folks mentioned in your comment are no longer in the equation as parts of the admin. This puts them in a very vulnerable position, called sedition and treason for any activities they engage n and whether you believe it or not Trump knows all of it

ANYONE in these departments who all report directly upward to Trump who are involved will be dealt with, harshly. I see what Trump wants being implemented and they are watching for outliers to try and subvert it. without the President anything other than his vision and outcome is DOA.

If they want to put the rope around their own neck, so be it, saves us time in finding out who they are and work for

Then ZAPP!

The Treasury seems to me a strange place to making such decisions.

Usually these waivers come out of the State Department.

When I hear about this kind of stuff it makes me ill. The President needs a couple of deputies to address this issue starting at the DOJ and State. Maybe Rudy and Trump Jr.?

Such treasonous behavior by Democrats has a long history. Ted Kennedy tried to enlist the help of Russia to defeat President Reagan’s re-election.

Democrat Speaker of the House from Texas,” Fortworthless” Jim Wright went to Nicaragua to help Danny Ortega and the Sandenista Communists in their struggle to take over that country during President Reagan’s second term. They won and America lost because the Democrats would not fund US troops to uphold the Monroe Doctrine.

Too bad the death penalty for treason wasn’t carried out in the past. It might have slowed down the Communist influence in our government agencies and the Democrat Party.

So you dont think mnuchin or pompeo got trumps approval for this action? That they just decided on their own? I dont think so.

I would take everything you read in gateway pundit with a pound of salt. They define fake and exaggerated news from the right.

It reminds me of one good thing Tillerson did as Secretary of State. There was an informal group of bozos, employees of the Department, who met every Friday to make decisions about key areas of US foreign policy. No one had elected them, no one had selected them but they thought themselves more knowledgeable and better than anyone else. Tillerson canned them, to the howls of the Washington Post moaning about the loss of this supposed “expertise”.

Always have had qualms about Mnuchin, but WTH isn’t Pompeo stepping up to stop this blatant treasonous activity???

It is possible that trump approves. Remember he constantly has this negotiation strategy of giving stuff, threatening to take it away, etc. who knows with trump what game plan he is using. It would be an error to assume that he doesnt know what his people are doing.

who knows with Trump what game plan he is using.

Yes, perhaps he is engaged in another game of 4-D chess, seeking to keep people off balance somewhat.

Still, extremely surprised that Pompeo would be involved since he and POTUS have been abundantly clear regarding their opinion of allowing Iran to become a nuclear threat.
