You don’t get to pick your judge.

Just another Democrat judge, a Jimmy Carter appointee with one foot in the grave, doing his thing. And Chief Justice Roberts lectures us about thing judges are partisan. What an insult to anyone with common sense who watches District Court and Supreme Court rulings.
...
Roberts is a demon from the pit of Hell and needs to be exposed for his nefarious Acts is adopted children also need to be exposed so he can no longer be blackmailed. For the good of our country he has to be exposed somebody’s got to do it.

This judge is an embarrassment. If they knowing published something they knew to be a lie, then they didn’t have the right to publish it without consequence.

Refile or appeal

250 million is ridiculous. He should have gone for 5 million. But the damn lawyers overcharged.

Perhaps, but the judge did not throw out the amount, that can be adjusted, he threw out the whole case. So now the “press” can lie, misreport, be factually incorrect.... and that is okay. Hopefully this will be appealed

This was a Carter appointee, hopefully there’s an appeal of this decision. Also it might be worth looking at the judges’ financials to see if he’s been the beneficiary of any monetary largess from Bezos or anyone connected to Bezos.

In the days before internet and social media, he would have had a chance. Now, he’s screwed. Poor kid.

...when interviewed by a hostile media.

I don't believe he was interviewed by the media. They reacted to a video circulated on Twitter and perhaps took the word of Phillips as to what happened. That's what the debate is largely about. The highly negative comments regarding Sandmann were based solely on viewing a narrowly-cropped video.

I figure there’s a good chance it’ll go to SCOTUS. Can it?

“So him standing there could have also been interpreted that he intended to beat the living crap out of the so-called Indian man.”

And nobody mentions that in the photo that seems to be “The Photo”, Sandmann isn’t even looking at Tonto. The “trajectory” of his gaze is to the side, and ahead of, the Indian.

Can they appeal?

The kid clearly was not a public figure.

"the teen was deliberately blocking his path"

Sue the court for violating his right to exist and take up space!

Indeed.

The next target of their lies has the right to beat the hell out of the lying reporters and burn the WP headquarters to the ground.

“L. Lin Wood says there will be an appeal.”

Good. This kid was most certainly slandered by the MSM. I wish they would sue National Review too, their reaction to this was despicable.

The indian walked into the group. You are saying the kid should have run away from the group because the chief stormed in to intimidate.

I could not agree less.
