250 million is ridiculous. He should have gone for 5 million. But the damn lawyers overcharged.
Perhaps, but the judge did not throw out the amount, that can be adjusted, he threw out the whole case. So now the “press” can lie, misreport, be factually incorrect.... and that is okay. Hopefully this will be appealed
