Agreed. We’ve seen criminal intent more than once before.
The overwhelming majority of these are accidents. Criminal negligence, to be sure, but not premeditated acts of murder. Babies sleeping quietly in rear-facing car seats, tired parents, --both of whom work, changes to routine, all contribute.
