NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — Gavin Grimm, a young man who has become a national face for transgender student rights, returns to a Virginia courtroom Tuesday to continue fighting against his former high school’s transgender bathroom policy.
A federal judge in Norfolk will hear arguments over whether the Gloucester County School Board violated Grimm’s rights when it banned him from using boys’ bathrooms.
The hearing is the latest step in a yearslong legal battle that has come to embody the debate over transgender student rights, an issue that is far from settled in school systems across the nation. Grimm, now 20, filed his lawsuit in 2015.
U.S. District Court Judge Arenda Wright Allen is unlikely to rule from the bench Tuesday. But her eventual decision could have an impact on schools in Virginia and reverberate further if the case reaches a federal appeals court that also oversees Maryland, West Virginia and the Carolinas.

Insanity. The government has no right to rule on bathroom signs. It’s not about anything else but the sign. The insane dickchopper wants to feel affirmed in his choice to lop off his dicque (excuse my French there), and so he seeks out a bathroom with a sign that says “women” so he will feel secure in his choice and force everyone else to say he’s a woman.
Insanity, and growing.

Let her/him/it have access to any men’s bathrooms and locker rooms and see how long it is before the #metoo web post appears.
In almost every picture I see, “Gavin” has a smirk that suggests a great enjoyment in all this attention.

In stark contrast to the rights that the Founding States expressly protected in the Bill of Rights, the federal judge seems to be “overlooking” that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect so-called, politically correct LGBT "rights."
So the local school is not abridging any constitutionally enumerated protections by denying the misguided student access to politically correct transgender restroom imo.
Case closed.
In fact, by playing the LGBT's little game, the misguided, activist federal judge is not only weakening the 5th Amendment-protected right to a speedy trial for others in the queue, but the feds shouldn't be involved in this state power case imo.
5th Amendment:"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy [emphasis added] and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
