The media isn’t even trying to hide their bias anymore. On Yahoo News last week they had a headline “Epstein Accuser Jennifer Araoz says she was 15 when he raped me”. The picture next to the headline was not of Epstein but Trump.
The public is starting to catch on that even moderately intelligent people can hold two concepts in their heads at the same time - someone can be a minority, and that same someone can do something wrong, and when they’re criticized it can be and usually is because of what they did wrong, not because they’re a minority - simple once you figure it out........
However, I believe their overzealous push to “prove” to their base that President Trump is a racist has directly resulted in President Trump's approval ratings.
Not due to the statement per se, but due to the fact that the racism card is being played relentlessly with an ever increasing tone of desperation.
I don't think this was specifically planned to go in this direction, but the left seems to be unable to adapt to the current situation(s) and are alienating many with their stale rhetoric. I don't see their angle as sustainable in a risk to reward calculation.
