Maybe. There is a limit to how many drones you can operate in a given area simultaneously. There are only so many distinct radio frequencies that commercial drones and controllers use. At some point they will start interfering with each other. So if you have enough air defense for the big ones, and enough guys with machine guns for massed fire on the small ones...

Some are GPS guided. Set the coordinates, launch, forget. Prepare the 2nd or 3rd wave. Load them with a couple of pounds of thermite, drop them on a few pipes at any of the before mentioned targets and watch the hilarity ensue.
The Russians took out a few million dollars worth of ordnance and ammunition in Ukraine this way a while back.
