Who are the real American patriots?
Who are the real racists?
These two questions will play a big role in the 2020 election.
The left is desperate to turn any traditional patriotic appeal into an act of racism.
The left is desperate to smear Republicans and moderate Democrats as racists.
Part of this desperation is in the left’s inability to debate the facts and their hope that strong smears can shame their opponents out of broaching the argument.
Part of this desperation is in the left’s growing realization that President Trump and the Republicans are beginning to attract minority support in a serious way.
The 2018 election was a watershed in the shift of minority voters toward Republicans.
Consider the example of the very left-wing African-American female candidate for governor in Georgia. She alienated enough African-American males with her radicalized platforms that the Republican candidate wound up with a significant percentage of African-American male votes.
In Florida, a left-wing African-American candidate for governor lost almost one out of five African- American female votes because of his opposition to school choice.
In Michigan, a charismatic Republican African-American veteran and businessman, John James, received more votes for the Senate in Michigan than any Republican since the year 2000. James is running again, and if he wins, the historic monopoly that the left has on the African-American vote will collapse.
All around the country, President Trump is attracting Latinos to his rallies in record numbers. There is strong support in the Latino community for job creation, income growth, small business prosperity, and enforcing the law.
The left’s reaction to these threats has been hysteria.

I remember after the last debate, morning Joe Scarborough was angry that the Democrats seemed to be attacking each other, and not going after Trump enough.
The next debate should be fun.
Will the democrats agree with Trump that you should love it or leave it?
Will they side with the America hating squad?
Will they ignore the issue completely?
Will they mention it but only in Spanish?
Is there enough popcorn????
2020 needs to be about replacing Bush League Republicans with patriots.
Bush League Republicans want to help the Democrats get a permanent majority through amnesty.
Before President Trump the citizens had virtually NO representation.
They are hoping to block him and wait out his term(s) and continue the Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA)
For 2020, the ones up are, Flimsey Grahamnesty, Tillis, Gardner, McSally, Daines, Collins, Cornyn, Capito, Enzi, Rounds, Sasse, Hyde-Smith, Ernst and McConnell.
They all should have primary challengers.
They are all Bush League Republicans.
They need to be replaced with real Republicans that side with the citizens and the rule of law.
The only ones worthy of re-election are Inhofe, Sullivan, Cotton, Perdue, Risch and Cassidy

Many Rat pundits have been outspoken about what their candidates should and should not do in the upcoming debate.
I didn't watch the first and probably should have but I'll watch this one.
The whole Leftist agenda is to make the entire country into Omar, AOC, and Talib. They have made a huge amount of progress. I think Trump wins next year, but it gets very dicey after that.
The left has not realized yet that all this “racism” stuff, referencing things that really are not racist, is going to dilute the magnitude of real racism. Call it the overton window or the Gary Hart effect or the boy who cried wolf - the shock of something wears off the more common it becomes.
Not to mention that in these recent cases, they literally have to invent something that was not said (or take it out of context) in order to justify their claim that it is even remotely racist.
2020 needs to be about getting any and all GOPers into the House and Senate. They may not be perfect, but it’s a numbers game and unless we have a numerical majority, it won’t matter how good or perfect they are on the issues, by your standards, because their votes will simply be meaningless.
Also, Trump has won over a number of formerly Bush-oriented GOPers with the success of his program, so don’t underestimate the candidate’s ability to change with good leadership.

Decent people are getting fed up with it and in my view a good majority of Americans are patriotic people.
People are not as stupid as you think. We all realize that everything in the MSM and on the Internet giants is shameless anti-Trump smearing. We are not influenced in any way, shape or form. The leftists are toast.

Grahamnesty will never give up on amnesty.
He has been trying since 2006 to give away the country and give the Democrats a permanent majority.
His re-election will be used as proof that the people of SC want amnesty too.

I voted for him, and will do so again in the general election if he wins the nomination.
But charismatic? No. To me, he sounded like most politicians out of a can. Canned speech, basic campaign rhetoric, not at all exciting. My concern about him was I didn’t get, at all, a good feel for what his real principles are, or whether or not he can be trusted.
Of course they are. America is a great and wonderful country. Nothing is perfect, we strive to make a “more perfect” union. Nothing is above fair criticism. What these leftists are doing is just way over the top and devoid of context and perspective.
Now they are saying the “send her back” chant was proof of widespread racism. It’s nonsense. I don’t think it was a particularly decent thing to chant. But the crowd was showing support for the POTUS, and their dismay at the ingratitude shown by this woman of color to the country that gave her and her family and community asylum from real (and violent) racism, citizenship, and a seat in Congress.
The media will say, spin, invent, justify, ignore, rationalize and apply inconsistencies to any topic at all - they will even invent controversies that don’t exist - to attack Trump. The risk they face is real because if they fail, they really cannot ratchet it up any further and will force a re-examination of their party’s agenda.
When 2020 rolls around, the country will be faced with very serious decisions. Do we want socialism? Do we want every doctor to become an employee of the federal government? What has the government ever done that has made things cheaper and more efficient? The left is deflecting from every single important decision we as a country have to face by shouting “RACISM” all the time. But by the fall of 2020 it will and should be about these very serious issues.
