Former Democratic gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis is running for the U.S. House, hoping to unseat freshman U.S. Rep. Chip Roy, a Republican from Hays County, a congressional aide told the American-Statesman on Thursday.

This district is centered by San Marcos - Texas State University. Abortion Barbie is counting on the student vote to elect her.
She picked a district that we barely held in 2018 (by 3 points) - it has a big (but sparsely populated) rural area, but then reaches into both San Antonio and Austin. Looked designed to give Democrats a shot at the seat. While only 3% black, it is 30% Hispanic.
After Ted Cruz barely squeeked by Irish Bob, nothing is a sure thing for conservatives in Texas. Rats will keep pumping millions into Texas until it’s taken, as they have an endless amount of cash and illegal alien bodies.
