The church can do more to unify people into a common culture so that the demographic and ancient cultural elements mean less. Right now, social justice is DIVISIVE and destructive. And the Catholic Church is dividing itself and society wrongly thinking that this will help the minority groups.
Bishops not hiding sexual malfeasance are in the minority. That is why he hates the word.
Or, the Vatican can mind its own business and take care of its own problems. The Vatican has a few.
