>>>Dems and MSM successful in making Acosta and Trump the focus of the Epstein case rather than Clinton and the many Dems who benefited from their association with Epstein. Mission accomplished.

Only the most deluded and those with their heads in the sand didn't think they would. Know your enemy. Apparently, a lot of people really don't. They still expect some fairness.

People say they see devil owls, molestation temple, whatever.

Hey, doesn't this sorta look like the DOME OF THE ROCK, in Jerusalem..?

And the colored stripes --don't they remind you of some flag..?

Reminds me of the scene in Absence of Malice wherein Brimley tells the USA in Miami, I am not the one to tell you to resign but you are in a bad spot here....nothing I say will save you.

Whatever the case, Epstein got a sweetheart deal because he was ultra rich. I read that he was allowed to stay at his home 6 days a week for his “prison time”.

“Unless he was willing to expose how he was forced into it should it come up then he should have stayed away from position.”

What you said.

“The GOP-e was busy hiding in the basement.”

My guess is not really. If they have the goods on the Dems and could go in for the kill they would just use it as leverage to get more corporate goodies in congress from the Dems. Of course the Dems make hay out of corporate goodies until their
friends show up with the check books. Works for Dem elites as they are wealthier than the GOPE establishment. Everybody wins except us. The elites are so phoney!

As predicted by a women on the five, she said earlier in the week he’d be out by week end.

I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw the headline. I think her name is Dagen McDowell. She was pretty adamant that he would be out on or by Friday.

I don’t blame Acosta at all. He provided a comprehensive defense of his actions at his press conference. Now the Reps need to start linking the Dems and MSM to Epstein starting with Clinton, Schumer, and Stephy.

Acosta answered the questions about the Epstein case at his confirmation hearings. He has done a good job as Labor Secretary. No doubt, his resignation letter will say he is resigning so as not to create a distraction for the President. Acosta is not corrupt. He used his best judgment along with his career colleagues on how best to proceed. It is worth remembering that the Florida state grand jury came back with only one count against Epstein who had the best legal team money can buy.

Epstein has pleaded not guilty to the charges in NY. It remains to be seen what the outcome will be. It is curious why this new case is being brought up now and what is the real objective. Is it just another indirect attack on Trump or a way to remove the Clintons once and for all from control and influence within the Dem party. What luminaries will be implicated? I am not a conspiracy nut, but I don’t believe this all came about due to a Miami journalist. Acosta is the fall guy.

But yet, that may have been the plan all along. Acosta got the Jeffrey Epstein case back into the spotlight, and much of the intelligentsia and nomenklatura of the American Left have to be nervous because Epstein could "spill the beans" on the massive child abuse/pedophile networks in the USA involving a LOT of famous people.

You really wonder if Trump actually read Sun Tzu's The Art of War very carefully.

I agree with you cousin Mike.

Acosta didn’t deserve this but the decision was to get him out of the way then go after the real perverts out there.

Acosta had nothing to do with the sweetheart deal allowing Epstein to spend only the nights in prison. He was supposed to serve 18 months in prison period. The state of Florida altered the conditions. Acosta explained all of that at his press conference.

re: “I don’t blame Acosta at all. He provided a comprehensive defense of his actions at his press conference.”

Reactive; he didn’t force-feed it down their throats, they smelled ‘blood in the water’ and came back after him. He looked meek and timid in that presser.

Psychopaths, I mean the press (same diff) ONLY respect power.
