Oops, they're learning about their gender?!? Which gender? Gender is supposed to be fluid. Aren't they allowing anyone who identifies as a Hispanic female?

Summer camp is woodcraft, leather craft, hiking, canoeing, learning to use a compass and topographical map, bonfires, midnight snipe hunts, mosquito bites and skinned knuckles. Coming home with a bag of laundry that sets your Mom’s gag reflex off.

Why is it, that the term “colored people” is no longer used and is now considered a pejorative term, but the term “people of color” has come into widespread use, and is ok to use?
I’m disgusted with all this. The left thrives by separating people into arbitrary groups and then turning the groups against one another.
Do any in those pictures seem to require a need to ‘learn about their gender’? Or, do they seem to have a pretty good handle on it ? I vote the latter.
I’d love to confront the dumbass author of this article-and remind him that like most Latinas, I happen to be Caucasian-red hair and all-I’m NOT a “woman of color” any more than most of these young women of Latino/Hispanic ancestry going to this scam “Summer camp”, so stop the divisive pandering...
Two of my cousins are married to “people of color”-one lives in the Miami area and her husband is the son of Cuban-American parents-he is Black. The other lives here in Texas-his wife is Puerto Rican-she is Black-they are really Latino “people of color”-being Latino is not a race-that race card has been played WAY too many f’ing times-it needs to be taken away and trashed...
Not only sure of their gender-but they are not “women of color” either-obviously-sort of puts the lie to the author’s ridiculous statements...
Young white women need not apply, only young colored women.
I went to summer camp twice as a kid.
It didn’t change my life by any stretch of the imagination.
What’s the matter? Are they running out of freebies to hand out?
For the same reason the term Black people is ok but the Spanish term for black (Negro) isn’t.

Don’t you get the impression that Tlalib, Occasio-Cortez, Omar and Pressley went to some summer camp for “women of color”. They are very well trained. They are being groomed for politics, professors or media personalities.
As for me, just call me a “woman of paleness”—or w.o.p.
