They cannot ignore the judges.

Citizens, however, can refuse to comply if the question isn’t on the form.

Which will result in fewer representatives for citizens. Force the question and make the leftists boycott (which they don't dare do).

“They cannot ignore the judges”

Oh really. What enforcement measure do these “judges” have to compel the President of the Unites States to comply with their edicts? Trump should use the same mechanisms that Obama used against judges.

On another thread there was the idea that any of us Normals who live in Blue states shouldn’t fill out the census form. That might counteract the illegal aliens who are counted and get “represented” in the Blue states.

I suggest a refinement to that. Any Blue state that is in particular working against the Electoral College should have its Normal citizens refuse to fill out the census form. We are in a situation of taxation without representation. For example, conservatives in California aren’t represented for all practical purposes but they are taxed for benefits that go to illegal aliens, who are represented most aggressively.

*************
Actually all Dems should be encouraged to boycott the census. They don’t like the country, they need to refuse to be counted.

They can refuse to answer it if the question is on the form, too.

I’m pretty sure there have been Presidents who did, but I can’t elaborate. Didn’t the Kenyan Fraud do so?
