In an appearance on Fox News Monday evening, Rep. John Ratcliffe said he met last week with Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz who said his offices probe into alleged abuses of the FISA court by the Obama-era DoJ and FBI is complete.
In addition, Ratcliffe said, the IGs office is currently drafting its report, though its not clear when it will actually be presented to Attorney General William Barr.

After an exhaustive and thorough investigation, we have found that even though some mistakes were made they were not made with criminal intent. Therefore, this investigation has concluded, we will not be taking questions.
The impression is one of people walking forward while underwater or in slow motion. Well, at least they are walking forward...... Right?

The OIG mission is reform, not prosecution. Not likely to be many fireworks from this report IMO.
The same DoJ IG that concluded that in spite of FBI lead investigator Peter Strzok’s anti-Trump text messages to his mistress and FBI lawyer Lisa Page, there was no bias in the Russia Collusion investigation.
