"Can't find much info anywhere. Wonder why."

It seems that the trial is going to take place in Kentucky, which is very good news. If the trial were in Washington DC the deck would be so stacked against the boy—gibs-me-dat judges, gibs-me-dat jurors, all of whom hate whitey.

Part of this might be that they (the newspaper) are still trying to suggest a light apology and just a half-million pay-off.

Regardless of how much proof Sandmann’s lawyer has, which there’s a lot,the defendants have tons of money to litigate and appeal, unfortunately. I hope the judges rule on the side of true justice and nail the media to the wall. As far as a jury is concerned you never know.

”As far as a jury is concerned you never know.”

The example of the Oberlin Case has got to send chills & fear to these defendants. There is a backfire being generated by their own actions and this can bring them to the flames!

I hope Ben Shapiro, Dennis Prager, and Jordan Peterson sue Google for libel for calling them NAZIs.

Be a shame if the WaPo was bankrupted by a judgement against them.

If the justices rule according to the law and not their own pockets or ideology, this could be the start of taking apart the MSM. If WaPo loses, everyone will have to either fall in line and pay the kid, or take a chance in open court.

The WaPo is owned by the richest guy in the world, Bezos.

The oral arguments today are for the Post's Motion to Dismiss.

Here is a link to a video of a very good analysis of the Post's Motion to dismiss. Real Lawyer Explains WaPo's Motion to Dismiss Sandmann's Lawsuit - Viva Frei Vlawg

He also did number of analysis videos of the lawsuit. In general his opinion is that Sandmann has a very good case.

That doesn’t mean anything, unless Bezos is being sued as well.

With corporations, the owner’s assets do not count.

It would be great if Nick could sick THE Sandman on a champion of Bezos' choosing. Anderson Cooper?

But we don't handle things that way anymore.
I'd so pay to see that happen.
