Full Title: What we know about Ayoola Ajayi, the man arrested in connection with Mackenzie Lueck's homicide

SALT LAKE CITY — A homeowner who police previously named as a "person of interest" in the case of missing University of Utah student Mackenzie Lueck has been arrested, police confirmed Friday.

Ayoola Ajayi, 31, was arrested Friday morning near 1000 S. West Temple in connection with Lueck's death, according to Salt Lake police.

He is expected to be charged with aggravated murder, aggravated kidnapping and desecration of a body, according to Salt Lake City Police Chief Mike Brown.

According to the article:

Ajayi was investigated for a sex offense/rape complaint by North Park Police Department in 2014 ... [but] adult woman ... did not want to pursue charges ...

Also, he is a green card holder...

He is here legally -- provided he does not commit a crime...

Modeling? Yes, for three years I strutted runways in Milan, Paris and sometimes Tokyo.

More from the KSL story:
The Salt Lake District Attorney’s Office confirmed Friday Ajayi is originally from Nigeria and holds a green card. Green cards allow its holder to retain permanent residence in the country, as long as the person abides by all laws.

Committing a crime of moral turpitude, such as the charges Ajayi faces now, could bring grounds for deportation.

Ajayi’s LinkedIn indicates that he has work experience in tech support and IT for companies in Utah including Dell, Goldman Sachs and Microsoft.

There is another article by KSL about Ayoola Ajayi asking a contractor to build him a sound proof room in his home:

Contractor says man arrested on suspicion of killing U. student asked him to build soundproof room

The suspect asked the contractor to build him a soundproof room a few months ago.

We are letting in anyone that breathes.

Utah has death by firing squad, yes? This sick bastard should never leave the state alive.

Let’s see ....

Been here since 2009. Has no degree and I see no signs of him having a job. Who’s paying for all this?

Thanks, obama.

The cops must have some pretty horrific details that are not yet being made public. The Chief almost lost his composure during the presser.

Another article reported that his home was listed on AirBnB and that a contractor had come forward to report being asked by Ayoola to build a soundproof room with a hidden entryway. Very creepy. But the victim, Kenzie Lueck, was living a very dangerous sort of double life.

Why are we bringing these people here?

Was it Kennedy who open the floodgates? and the Democrats are perpetuating his legacy.

It sounds like that the basement was a Venus Flytrap awaiting a lovely women AirBNB customer. How many have landed there over the last three years?

In addition, he apparently cruised around the dating apps trying to arrange a meeting.

Bad dude. Does Utah still have the death penalty. They used to do it by firing squad, as I recall.

Another low IQ foreigner just committing the crimes that heritage Americans are loathe to do.

Green card holder, huh? Who thought it was a good idea to let this no-talent barbarian from Nigeria into the US?

Put a burning tire around his neck. Then deport him.

“””He joined Airbnb as a user in 2016, according to the site. He listed his home there in two separate pages, offering accommodations in the basement of the home, according to the site.”””

AIRBNB gets a black eye with this one. How many more AIRBNB hosts have criminal intents?

Given the history of the courts, he’ll likely be turned loose with his sincere promise to leave the country.

Charges were never filed in the case and the adult woman involved in the incident did not want to pursue charges

... then I blame the woman, had she forced charges, this young woman might be alive today. I hope she is not sleeping well. (Maybe 20 years from now when Ajayi ran for President she would come forward?)

Has the questions ever been answered as to why she went there to meet him or someone else at 3:00 AM?

Has the questions ever been answered as to why she went there to meet him or someone else at 3:00 AM? She was an escort.
