no judge has the constitutional authority to interfere with the president’s defense of our country (as our commander in chief). He has this power, indeed he has this DUTY...it is the one leading duty of that office, in fact

and we have a separation of powers designed to prevent this kind of krap

and any judge who’s seen the inside of any accredited law school knows this, so this appears to be a deliberate attempted sabotage of our constitutional system of governance

Sure...that’s what this is. We’re at the precipice of whether this culture survives or not.

I wish POTUS would ignore these ‘orders’. They can’t enforce them. They’re just being dictators on policy - the final arbiters - based on personal opinion. That isn’t ‘judging’. That is dictating.
