His district is a strip of the CA coast from Monterrey North.
None of the border is in his district, he has no jurisdiction. At least none that I recognize or acknowledge.
I mean, it’s just a lowly district judge. We saw how much the “Hawaiian judge’s” thoughts about the travel ban mattered when higher courts ruled.
If Trump moves on this judge Romney & friends in the Senate will set-up his impeachment.

judges have not standing in an emergency declaration according to the 1974 (or 76) law. You can’t respond to an emergency if any of a few hundred judges can stop you.
Congress is the check and balance on emergency declarations and they failed to reverse the declaration.
Trump has deferred to judges before on national security (immigration from terrorist countries) and he has to stand up now and say enough.
If he stops construction and waits for the court process, he will likely lose next year.
Obama would ignore a conservative judge who did the same thing to him. He would have his AG say it was a national emergency and do what he damn well pleased. Why is it that Republican presidents cave to liberal judges and democrat presidents never cave to republicans.
Trump needs to get past these judges on border wall, deporations, daca, and more, else count down the days until he loses to a judicial-back Democrat-Socialist candidate.
Just move forward and act like the Judge has no power...hint he doesn’t.
