In other words, if you can a) create a room temperature superconductor capable of storing an incredibly high amount of energy and b) get the energy field created by that superconductor moving at incredibly high speeds around or within the craft, you can create a polarized energy vacuum around it which allows it to basically ignore the energy of the air or water around it, thereby removing its own inertia and mass from the equation.Big deal. Cats figured this out a long time ago (well, not the "water" part perhaps).
Electromagnetic propulsion is not a whack concept. Wasn’t that what they were shooting for with the Philadelphia experiment, and that was ‘43! Doesn’t mean it did what it was supposed too, but I definitely can understand researching it.

Spent the last couple hours reading and re-reading this and related links; nothing really to add except, perhaps coincidentally, I have been experimenting with transcranial direct current stimulation recently. During its application, I can “see the stars”, or perhaps “see the space-time fabric underlying the stars”.
