Does this apply to the inane and dangerous SAFE act in NYS?

Well, the libs are hung up on stare decisis, so maybe somebody ought to challenge the safe act.

The judge issued a correct ruling but for the wrong reasons. There is nothing in the 2nd amendment regarding self defense of the home. It is to keep the unrestrained government (democrats) in check from enslaving the entire country.

By sheer co-inky-dink I just happen to regularly “vacation” in a state where standard capacity (30 round) AR mags are legal for sale...I always bring a few back with me...

Since Colorado grandfathers, and mags have no date stamps, problem of availability solved...

Do not arrange any violations of any law on internet message boards. You have no idea the extent to which people are watching, and the extent to which they look to compromise anyone in politics, even just posting on FR.

You mean well, but you have no idea how bad it is.

AC: Thanks, wasn't gonna.

NS: Thanks for the offer. Very generous of you. No reflection on you, but I'm WAY too paranoid to arrange to do something like that over the internet, or at all. AC is right; much too risky for both of us!
