An illegal alien is wanted by law enforcement officials after he reportedly attacked the woman he raped following his release by the sanctuary city of King County, Washington.
Francisco Carranza Ramirez, 35, has been living in the United States as an illegal alien for an unknown period of time, a law enforcement official confirmed to KOMO News. Ramirez crossed the southern border during an unknown time from his native Mexico.
Ramirez, according to court records reviewed by the Seattle Times, raped a 32-year-old woman who is bound to a wheelchair because of her disability in King County on September 26, 2018. In the middle of the rape in her bedroom, the woman was able to convince the illegal alien to allow her to use the bathroom.
While in the bathroom, the woman called the police but had to return to the bedroom after hearing that Ramirez had gotten up from the bed. Thats when she put the phone, still on the line with police, in her wheelchair and went back to her bedroom where the rape continued.
Eventually, police arrived at the scene of the rape and the illegal alien was arrested and charged with third-degree rape. At trial, Ramirez entered an Alford plea, indicating that he would not admit to the rape but that he understood the evidence against him would lead to his conviction.
Though the victim pleaded with the judge sentencing Ramirez to give him the highest penalty for the rape under the law, the court gave Ramirez a sentence of only 12 months in prison on June 13.
That exact same day, the illegal was released by the King County jail because he had already served nine months in prison while awaiting his hearing.

The legal system in the US is chock full of scum.
American lives don’t matter.
A gun in her wheelchair would have led to a different outcome
Start recruiting these illegals to take care of these liberal leaders. Its not like anything will happen to them.
Nice that the Seattle Times is all concerned....since they endorsed the judge that let this guy go.
If it was the judge's daughter, Ramirez would have gone away for a long time.
the illegal was released by the King County jail because he had already served nine months in prison
Jail is where one is held before trial. Prison is where one goes after conviction to be incarcerated.

It would be so awesome if these illegal aliens only murder, rape and commit violent crime on those scum politicians and jurists who insist on keeping them here.
If he were at this judges’ throat it would not bother me so much.
The Democrats are creating nightmare cities.
Council members need to be put on trial for aiding and abetting any crime in their city committed by an illegal. There isnt anything humane, just, nor even fair about Sanctuary city laws.
Shoot him on sight.
Judges should be held personally liable in these instances. The rape victim should sue her into penury and press criminal charges against her.
Moron governor Jay Inslee is making the entire state of Washington a sanctuary state. We’ll have a lot more of this. I live in Spokane County, where our wonderful sheriff has declared the entire county a Muslim-free zone.
Of course there will be lawsuits, but unless and until the stupid state overrules Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich, we’ll be OK here.
The judge is DIRECTLY responsible for what this scum bag did! She FAILED to protect the people of the city from this maggot!
Yep, liberals are all over gunmakers for criminal activity. Judges are much more directly responsible for criminals bad behaviors.
Nope. Jail is for sentences less than a year.
This is the definition of anarcho-tyranny.
How is it, in the most litigious society on the planet, these intolerable, outrageous and felonious abuses of power are never prosecuted. This kind of crap has been going on decades.
There is generally the principle of “sovereign immunity”, though never in the case of illegality or negligence.
Totally bizarre.
Jail is for sentences less than a year.
Which is served in County jails here. Once one has been sentenced to a longer term one goes to the State prison. There are no State jails, at least not here.
