Former NFL player Burgess Owens blasted the Democratic Party on Wednesday as he testified to the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties on the issue of reparations.
“The focus of the discussion was a bill authored by Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) that would initiate a study of the issue of reparations and come up with proposals for ‘appropriate remedies’ to slavery and discrimination from 1619 to the present,” The Blaze reported. “Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) publicly opposed reparations in comments made Tuesday, saying he doesn't ‘think reparations for something that happened 150 years ago when none of us currently living are responsible is a good idea.’”
"I used to be a Democrat until I did my history and found out the misery that that party brought to my race," Owens said. "I do believe in restitution. Let’s point to the party that was part of slavery, KKK, Jim Crow, that has killed over 40 percent of our black babies, 20 million of them."

Does he elaborate on his belief in restitution?
I would say yes to reparations if... they agreed to stay off every federally funded or partially funded social program for the remainder of their lives. Every. Single. One.
I always loved Owens. He was a good football player... member if 1980 SB Oakland Raiders. Now, he’s an actual community leader... not a fake one. God Bless him.

Um, no! They have received far more benefit in the form of blood and treasure spent among many other handouts and preferential treatment. (How many white people died to end slavery?) The idea that owning people is wrong was unique to western culture at the time the civil war occurred by the way and still remains so by and large.
Of course they do. How dare he run away from the modern plantation that the new-age Democrats have built! Neither he nor any black conservative has been authorized to think for himself.
It’s high time that the Democrats and their allies in the media, on college campuses, in the major cities and in minority communities everywhere acknowledge that they are the modern incarnation of the fascist parties of yore.

“I’m going to talk about ideology, people change, ideologies don’t”. And goes on to clearly state the problem is marxism and socialism being used in the schools and what these “liberal” policies have done.
I would say “yes” to reparations in the form of one-way tickets to anywhere outside the US with passports to be surrendered and citizenship revoked upon boarding.
What I loved the most is how the Charman, Dem Rep Cohen introduced him favorably and with compliments (obviously they were blindsided by what was to come) - and then Owens torched them a NEW ONE!!!

He elaborated by saying that it was THE DEMOCRAT PARTY THAT SHOULD PAY REPARATIONS.
God, what I would have given to have a ‘split-screen’ to see the expression on the faces of the ‘Rats on the committee at this dressing down!!!!!!!!!!
They will never ever be satisfied. Any amount given would never be accepted as fair, or enough. What a bad precedent to establish just to gain votes from the gimmedats.

Owens is an example of a very very dangerous man, one who thinks and politically aligns himself away from the rest of the herd.
Violent felons and those who murdered their babies will be excluded no?
