Upstate didn’t vote for any of this.
The New York state senate is a fraud. Unlike the US Senate it is chosen by population not area. Criminal and made that way by the US Supreme Court back half a century or more ago
Oh, I know Upstate didn’t vote for this.
But when NYS loses another House seat or two after the next census, and therefore has even less power in the chamber with the power of the purse, Upstate won’t be shedding any tears for Albany.
We’ll be pleased for the rest of nation while more of us plan our escape from NY.
