Oh, I know Upstate didn’t vote for this.
But when NYS loses another House seat or two after the next census, and therefore has even less power in the chamber with the power of the purse, Upstate won’t be shedding any tears for Albany.
We’ll be pleased for the rest of nation while more of us plan our escape from NY.
