Harvard is a joke. The hardest thing about it is getting admitted. That is because the well connected, the political class, and legacies cram their kids into the place and create a bottleneck.
But judging from the product, you get a far better education at any number of State Universities.

And the currently do not get them. Has nobody noticed the college admission scam, the fake SAT scores, the bribes, etc? How naive to think Harvard is pure. And look at their graduates, look at their professors.

I am a proud Ph.D. graduate (in a science) of Harvard GSAS. (I did not apply to Harvard College, and doubt I would have been admitted.)
I’m ashamed of Harvard College’s action against Kyle Kashuv. Moreover, they are accusing him—A Jew whose parents immigrated from Israel—of antisemitic remarks. That sounds more like Dumb-Dumb College than Harvard!!!! Harvard should apologize to Kyle Kashuv and reinstate him at once!!!! (They will—after all-—need someone to balance off Camera Hogg!!)
Yes, Harvard has a leftist ethos, and if you take the wrong courses or fall in with the wrong crowd you will be indoctrinated. However, Harvard still is outstanding in the sciences and medicine, so a conservative with interests in those fields can get the finest education in the world. That’s especially if he or she can work in one of Harvard’s science labs! (Hillsdale—for one—has no such facilities.)

Isn’t this the same harvard, who like the other ivy league diploma mills placed quotas on the number of Jewish admissions? OH, but they “matured” and “grew” didn’t they? Just like the same restrictions they now place on Asian student admissions. Gee, there’s nothing new under the sun.

College acceptance of students (as freshmen) is based on the high school years, when a student is 15-18.
Kashuv wrote those comments when he was 16, not very long ago.
Those aren't the kinds of comments one should expect from a top-scoring student.
Obviously he was immature at 16.
Then again, many other 16-year-olds are not writing that kind of trash.
Politics aren't to blame, in this case, because Harvard accepted Kashuv after his visit to Washington.
Plenty of students with the same scores as Kashuv are rejected, yet he was admitted.
He's been rejected now because his comments were made public.
As a side note, the other students must've been OK with his comments when he was making them.
