I think that’s what Romney wants. In this case, I think it’s best for Trump to say little about him unless asked. Then treat him as if he’s worthless and irrelevant.

FWIW, Trump got 45% of the vote in Utah in 2016. 21% went to Evan McMullin. As a rule, Mormons don’t like Trump.

Note that he adopted the Democrat lie that Trump invited foreigners to interfere in our election. Trump did no such thing. A foreigner telling you that your opponent committed a crime is not “influencing our election” or “undermining our democracy” or whatever kooky nonsense Romney was spouting.
