Did this guy have a history or was it a one time screw up?
I get that we are all suspicious because he is an
islamo-fascist - and I am fully in favor of making the practice of islam in the US illegal - but maybe he just - should not have been a cop and demonstrated it in the worst way possible.
“...I am fully in favor of making the practice of islam in the US illegal...”
Absolutely! Islam is not a religion, it is a barbaric way of life that is totally incompatible with our Constitutional Republic. Send them all home, every one of them.
Why should cops get a pass?
You shoot someone when you shouldn’t, your ass should go to jail. Don’t like getting second-guessed? Don’t take the job.
If you carry a firearm, particularly under the authority of the State, you have forfeited the right to screw-up.

During training there were 2 recommendations by separate professionals that said there were issues with his ‘thinking.’
He was a ‘diversity’ hire. Mpls. Police Chief Janee Harteau was thrilled to brag that she had a Somali Muslim on the force. It was a very expensive mistake. I hope she has reconsidered her political inclinations.

Sounds to me like they fast-tracked this guy thru training to brag on having one of the first Somali officers. I’d blame the force as much as anyone for letting this guy thru training despite some legitimate questions that had been raised. Islam may have had an effect on him but Islam didn’t give him a badge.
“In two years as a police officer, Noor had three formal complaints against him, two of which, as of September 2017, are pending resolution. In a separate case from May 2017, he is being sued for allegedly assaulting a woman while on duty.”
“it was reported that in 2015 two psychiatrists and other training officers had raised concerns about Noor’s fitness for police duty.”
