At least this time he's not ripping off Neil Kinnock. Joe Biden has three basic problems.
1. Groping
2. Corruption
3. Plagirism
It's the latter that is among the weirdest and most consistent elements in Biden's checkered past.
During his failed 1988 run, Biden lifted portions of a speech by United Kingdom Labour MP and Margaret Thatcher challenger Neil Kinnock.

The “lockdown” on the Biden gaffes and missteps is entirely in the hands of the media, and if they can keep him before his supporters, but NOT in wide public exposure, he stands a chance of these not being used against him in the upcoming free-for-all brawl that will be the Democrat nomination process.
And for all that, Joe Biden might still be the best shot at the Presidency for the Democrats in 2020. Which is to day, he really has three chances of making it - Fat, slim and zilch.
Of course, there is also ballot harvesting and other means of “multiplying” the balance of Democrat voters.
Already they’ve redirected away from his handsy creepiness with children to simply being an old-fashioned pol with “warmth” in interacting with adults.

In a case of apparent plagiarism, Fox News pundit Juan Williams lifted -- sometimes word for word -- from a Center for American Progress report, without ever attributing the information, for a column he wrote last month for the Hill newspaper. Almost two weeks after publication, the column was quietly revised online, with many of the sections rewritten or put in quotation marks, and this time citing the CAP report. It also included an editor's note that read: “This column was revised on March 2, 2013, to include previously-omitted attribution to the Center for American Progress.”
But that editor’s note mentions only the attribution problem, and not the nearly identical wording that was also fixed.
In a phone interview Thursday evening, Williams pinned the blame on a researcher who he described as a "young man."
"I was writing a column about the immigration debate and had my researcher look around to see what data existed to pump up this argument and he sent back what I thought were his words and summaries of the data," Williams told Salon. "I had never seen the CAP report myself, so I didn't know that the young man had in fact not summarized the data but had taken some of the language from the CAP report."

I’ve read a great deal on this guy (born of two Panamanian parents), yet never in the records and stories have I EVER SEEN ANYTHING about him going through the process to become a citizen.
On the net his “nationality” is always said to be “American”, but has he ever become an actual citizen?
