Sorry. But the political reality is that after two and a half years, Trump still does not firmly control the levers of power. He has yet to purge the bulk of the Obama acolytes and commissars from Justice, State, CIA and the Pentagon. Face it. The “resistance” of the swamp is fierce and so far very persistent. BTW he is getting almost no help from Republicans. If they were smart , they would look to what has happened to the Conservative Party in Britain which similarly refused to act on the will of the people.
Trump needs to make some arrests of the people who tried to rig the election and prevent him from taking office, hire people who know how to purge these agencies, build the wall and inspire the American people. Otherwise the Left and the globalists will destroy the American nation. Much is at stake.
Because conservatism became a Boomer cargo cult of griping, our “leaders” lead us into it while they cashed out.
“Trump needs to make some arrests of the people who tried to rig the election”
Amen. Otherwise the next election can be rigged in just the same way. (There are 3.5 million more registered voters than there are adults in the USA...)

And find Bathhouse Barry to see if he can defend his Italian, Australian, and British spying.
Deep State is composed of career bureaucrats. There are only about 4,000 political appointees to oversee the federal workforce. It is a thin veneer. And many of the political appointee jobs are filled by careerists. For example, there are only two political jobs in the CIA, i.e., the Director and her Deputy. Only one in the FBI.
The career bureaucrats cannot be purged.
I think Trump discovered early on that with no real support in the GOP he has to walk a fine line. The "boorish, bad spelling, racist New Yorker" act is essential to him making any progress - had he come across as a sober, determined figure he would have quickly followed JFK into the fate of most would-be Deep State reformers. But due to his public persona, his most dangerous enemies continue to refuse to take him seriously - and once in a while, he is able to sneak up and do them great harm. Whenever he beats them, they still think he is just getting lucky by accident.
I'm not sure Trump can take on the vote-fraudsters by himself without the support of state-level allies - which he only has in states that are not currently rife with fraud. So as one strategy he has tried to lure the biggest cheaters into joining this nationwide popular vote compact - which Nevada's Democrat governor was wise enough not to sign this week. Let them try it - and then get all of their electoral votes thrown out by the Supreme Court for allocating them in a blatantly unconstitutional manner: letting the voters of other states decide how a given state's electoral votes should be directed. So it wouldn't matter if Biden wins California by ten million votes - California would contribute zero votes to the Electoral College in 2020. And those state's officials would be left standing naked in the spotlight to explain to their voters why they chose to sit out the Presidential election instead of fighting the The Evil Twump.
Trump will never be able to control the Deep State because the GOP is not opposed to its existence or operations. But if we are lucky he will be around to keep weakening it until January, 2025.
The all need to have accidents hat end their lives. They are beyond the long arm of the law.

Over on the many USS John McCain threads people are blaming low-level staffers for making the President look bad. Which begs the question; why do people who are deliberately undermining the President continue to work out of the White House?
