I’ll bet if you built a statue of bronze holding a large bowl the you could heat up to a 1000 degrees and throw little kids into so their screems could be heard by wicked demons, the revolutionaries would be fine with that.

The city is now trying to sell the very statue, you know the instrument of hate they removed. Cost Dallas taxpayers $500k to remove. Starting bid is $400k. If it was hateful enough to remove, why spread the hate by selling it. So happy I live in Fort Worth. We just aren’t as stupid as Dallas

What are we trying to do here? And what's to gain?

Leftists want only to impose their will on everyone else.

They will do so even when "the cause" is silly and made up.

And they need linguini-spined opponents in order to win.

Robert E. Lee was one of the finest Americans to have ever lived.

Robert E. Lee graduated second in his class at the US Military Academy, but decided to abandon his country and fight against it as leader of the new CSA country’s army. Where’s the honor in that? The CSA was a state created to preserve the institution of slavery as its main reason of existence. Just compare the US and CS constitutions.
