Unfortunately, there is an increasing number of states that qualify as places not to visit! How long before, as you are suggesting the idiots that vegetate in these places start voting for people who will make their states places people want to visit again? Any serious prison is OK with me as long as he is in the general population. Many hard core criminals hate child sex offenders and will kill them when the opportunity arises. That is the environment I think he deserves.
