A Manhattan federal judge has denied a bid by President Donald Trump and his companies to block congressional subpoenas on two banks to obtain years worth of financial records.
The ruling Wednesday by District Judge Edgardo Ramos in Manhattan federal court to deny injunctions on Deutsche Bank and Capital One, which have done business with Trump and his businesses, and which received subpoenas from two House of Representatives committees, is the latest setback for efforts by Trump lawyers to prevent exposure of his financial records.
The ruling comes just days after a federal judge in Washington, DC, found that Trump can’t stop Mazars, Trump’s accounting firm, from complying with another congressional subpoena for Trump’s financial records. His lawyers are appealing that ruling.

Do not comply. It’s time to start using the hammer on these rogue courts. Take the case to scotus but do not comply. If scotus over rules as they most certainly should then put the full force of the executive branch power behind impeaching and removing this judge.
Wonder what next steps Trump can do.
Tell the companies to refuse the subpoenas and pardon them for doing so if found in contempt or whatever the crazies demand.

I get your point but in the interest of accuracy they’re not ‘rogue’. They are partisan. Their decisions are made on the basis of support for political agendas, not laws.
Not quite enough. Ramos is a racist bigot, see his leadership roles in race-based (Hispanic) bar societies. It is also reasonable to assume he holds a personal animus against Trump, on account of “build the wall” and whatever racist motives the judge imagines Trump to have.
