And he wants people to confront and go after people who vote for people he doesn’t like such as Rep King or Trump.

First of all, that is not blatantly unconstitutional. Secondly, Obama lost several 9-0 decisions in the Supreme Court. In fact, I think he had a worse record in the Supreme Court than any previous president. How's that for "blatantly unconstitutional"?
