We need to hand out harsh sentences or this will be one big joke and they will be doing it again and this time they will make sure there is no mistakes and we are all done

What if money and orders from combatant organizations fighting against The United States were sent through George Soros to Obama and Hillary and other Democrats for the purpose of harming The United States?

I think certain high level operatives were arming ISIS too, not to mention the Benghazi murders.

Over the last twelve years, the most obvious commission of treason was Obama’s “Iran Deal”. That was patently “giving and and comfort to” the enemies of the United States. He should be arrested, charged, and tried for treason against the Untied States.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And what of the Bush League Republicans who turned the Constitution on its head to give the usurper his “deal”?
If it was just these traitors, they would probably already be hanged.
These traitors have wormed themselves into the Democrat Party. These traitors are lying and using the Democrat Party as a shield and claiming this is just politics. Tricky rascals.
Foreigners using one of our political parties to destroy The United States.
That’s why the Democrat politicians buy so many votes.
They are paying Democrat voters “Protection Money” while they destroy The United States.
If a citizen of The United States was bribed by a nation hostile to The US to launch nuclear weapons from an American submarine against many cities in the US, would that citizen’s actions be treasonous?
There was no declared war.
But, millions of Americans are killed by orders of another nation.
Is it treason?
“No one elses because the democrat kkk losers did the lynchings.”
Lynchings happened when a person, regardless of color, was apprehended for the commission of a heinous crime, and a significant part of the local populace was inflamed beyond reason, becoming a mob.
AFAIK, no one has ever undertaken a study to look at the likelihood of the guilt of the lynched party in these incidents. When the victim was white, the case is just ignored. When the victim was black, his innocence is assumed.
This is not to say that lynch law should be condoned, but what a difference it makes in the media and academic narrative.
One narrative: “In some regions, in cases where guilt was considered clear, obvious, and demonstrated, some populations were seen to take matters into their own hands and execute the criminal without trial.”
Bad enough, right? But look at the one that has been created and instilled into our cultural consciousness: “Inflamed by racial hatred and spurred on by the KKK, white southerners often accused innocent blacks of crimes and murdered them with little or no evidence of guilt.”
Such has become the received truth. I doubt that there are many even here who would be ready to consider that this might not be 100% accurate.
AG Barr could change the treason prosecution standard.
Just watched his most recent show:
