Loony feminism did its best to create a hostile environment for me as a young man so I dont really care what happens to them.
about 10 years ago as an adjuct manager I was asked to reprimand a worker for her bx and her inapprpirate dress.
I spoke to the worker who became defensive.
I was hit up with a sex discrimination charge.
Why? This female stated that I chose big men over small women when there was an acute and dangerous situaion in the ward.
Because the law of physics was not politically correct. (the facility has since reversed this perspective)
I lost points and had to work my way back over three years.
I never again got into a situaion that had me redirecting staff in a way that was not consistant with the immediate situaion.
I honestly did not care anymore.
Where I worked there were three corriders hubbing out frome the main activity. I never again took any one to a private room to talk.
Instead I walked down the corriders with whom ever I needed to speak to while holding a clipboard in two hands. I would stop at the end of the corridor and discuss whatever needed to be discussed while standing facing the staffer, or client, and facing sideways to the hub.
Fortunately, the women I work with are by and large wonderful but I do walk on eggshells with them at first - then Im a little more comfortable with them once I get to know them better.
Not to insult you but were you a friend of mine and said this to me I would slap you upside the head multiple times for your naivety.

True that, recently worked with a fellow who was turned on by a co worker after a long working relaionship, in a field where earthiness in the norm.
din din din - we have a winnah!
Not putting my kids meal ticket at the mercy of some dingbat.
I agree; this situation resolved itself with near-complete estrangement of the genders. The birthrate will remain negative until the population disappears - and that outcome seems more acceptable to young men than the ageing harpies trying to drive them into marriage - or at least breeding...
I’m the same way; I have no responsibility to “mentor” them - they should have learned in school like the guys were expected to. Any “mentoring” I’ve seen involved an older white guy training a female “assistant” - then being retired involuntarily, while she tried to carry on with less than 50% of the knowledge required to perform the job. For optics, she’d stay on and be allowed to hire countless gal pals to help her do what ONE GUY did before.
White guys by now should realize out knowledge is the only reason someone sucks it and gives us a job - guard it well!
I can imagine the frustration involved. Sorry it worked out that way.
Some folks know how to game every situation in life, rather than take ownership and improve.
“While no action was taken and the employee apologized to me later for her overreaction to the situation, I felt like a cloud was over me for a while there”
It is still there; it follows your testosterone. Every guy working has an entitled female nearby that wants that salary (not the work, but the salary), and every guy works for an employer terrified of lawsuits.
In South Africa today, white hostages are being coerced to show blacks how to operate the economy (under the guise of “sharing”, but with the intent of removing whites from the economic equation). We are facing the same thing here, and should take appropriate steps to safeguard our economic security. I never show anyone how to do something at my job unless the sole purpose is to make my job easier.
Yep, I did that. Had some shortcut files that allowed me to work much faster than others around me, and I kept them on my computer, and mine only - and since no one else knew that I had them, no one knew to ask for, or demand, them. They thought that I was some kind of magician...LOL.
I searched and didnt find. /shrug
That’s funny - I don’t blame you. With technology today, I try to keep as much as possible solely in my head (as PCs crash, networks belong to employers, etc.). Works fine - as long as I don’t lose my mind!
Libraries are the repositories of human knowledge.
But increasingly, the internet is the suppository of knowledge.
