We could only imagine what kind of government controls and requirements the politicians might develop with having the government paying the bill to kill people.

Make it a voluntary contribution, like the presidential campaign fund.
People who support abortion, and actively want to pay for murder can openly declare so, and fund it themselves. When that fund runs out each year, be it January, July or December, there simply are no more federal funds available that year.
Liberals will object, of course, because they are never generous with their own money, only with yours...

Not to put too fine a point on it, but that would be medicAID for all, not medicare for all.
You want them, you pay for them.
That’s part of the problem. We’re funding planned parenthood as it is and a lot of us have a problem with that. Commies took a Supreme Court decision that was supposed to be a “rare” occurrence and turned it into a billion dollar taxpayer supported cottage industry.
This old witch is coming up with all kinds of things she could not implement in any way for the purpose of furthering her situation with regard to the presidential run. Given the way she represented herself as an American Indian, it is not surprising that she would do this. She is a phoney.
Imagine if her mama had Medicare for All and chose to use the free abortion.
The government already pays for about a billion dollars worth of abortions each year through funding of Klanned Murderhood.

For Republicans, free gun training, ammo, loaner guns, range time, and concealed carry license fees.
For Democrats we’ll pay for all late-term abortions of Democrat babies, but they must be very late term in order to be sure the babies are Democrat (i.e. at least 18). Start with the politicians proposing this.
